On 5/29/2019, New York State Police Investigators Matthew Bonnerb & John Spero would arrive to Kevin Riford’s house in response to the email he sent to the NYS Governor Cuomo regarding FBI Agent Brian A. Kevin whom had his mother, Joanne, present with him would agree to meet NYS Police at a local business 5 minutes away from their residence. Ultimately, NYS Police Investigator Bonnerb would end up attempting to discredit the Riford’s claim, frequently using the word conspiracy in all capital letters in his police report. NYS Police Bonnerb would end up closing the investigation. In the police report it states “I once again accessed misplacedpower.org, upon accessing the site, the audio has been removed.”
Unfortunately, NYS Police Bonnerb was incorrect in his statement that the audio was removed, in fact it is still there as of December 2024. Even if this was true, why wouldn’t NYS Police Bonnerb contact the Riford’s to obtain a direct copy or ask if they could send the audio via email? Most likely, you already know the answer to these questions. Mr. Bonnerb intentionally sandbagged the investigation to shield FBI Agent Burns.
